Producing up to 490 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque on 91 octane at 6-7 psi, this complete Whipple system is engineered to give the Sequoia stronger acceleration, improved throttle response, and broad, usable torque without sacrificing the manners expected from a properly integrated package. At the center of the kit is the 3.0L W185AX twin-screw supercharger, featuring 99% volumetric efficiency, a 102mm built-in inlet, high-flow intake manifold, and an efficient bypass system that consumes less than 1 HP at cruising speeds for excellent everyday drivability.
To support safe, repeatable performance, Whipple pairs the 3.0L compressor with an oversized air-to-water intercooler, oversized heat exchanger, high-flow intercooler pump, cast-aluminum water reservoir, and pre-formed hoses. This complete cooling package is designed to help control inlet air temperatures under demanding conditions while delivering the fit, finish, and system integration expected from a premium Whipple kit. The result is more than a simple bolt-on power adder – it is a complete intercooled system built to deliver consistent power, towing confidence, and long-term reliability.
The system also includes high-flow fuel injectors, required wiring, connectors, and installation hardware, along with a supplied flash tool for ECU calibration, trouble-code read and erase, live data, and advanced data logging. Calibration support is intended for stock vehicles or those equipped with a cat-back exhaust only. Premium fuel of 91 octane or higher is required, and factory Flex Fuel is not supported.
