Whipple, known for its industry-leading upgrade systems and technological innovations, now brings the same technology to the 3.5L EcoBoost F-150. The 50-state legal Stage 1 kit combines the Whipple Monster Cooler intercooler, a high-velocity cold air intake, and industry-leading calibration to unlock substantial horsepower and torque—while maintaining OEM reliability and emissions compliance.

The Whipple Monster Cooler provides 54% greater volume and 8% more surface area than stock. Its bar-and-plate construction with offset fin dramatically increases cooling capacity while fitting in the stock location. Dyno testing showed ~60°F lower temps, with real-world torture testing seeing drops over 100°F. Cooler, denser air allows more spark advance, greater oxygen intake, and consistent power under demanding conditions.

The Whipple roto-molded high-velocity air intake was CAD/CDF designed to maximize airflow while reducing restriction. Its gauze-style filter with extra-wide pleats flows 132% more than stock paper filters, further enhancing throttle response and efficiency.

At the core of the Stage 1 kit is Whipple’s calibration. Developed with advanced tools and tested extensively, the tune delivers up to +80 HP and +100 lb-ft* while maintaining factory-level safety protections. It optimizes shift schedules, raises RPM limits, refines pedal mapping, and disables auto start/stop. Included Whipple flash tool provides quick file uploads, DTC reading/erasing, live data, and logging features.
