Darkside Upgraded Side Mount Intercooler Kit  Fits ALL Mk4 Platform VW / Audi / Seat and Skoda Vehicles with the 1.9 TDi VE 90 / 110 / PD100 and PD115 Engine   

• 51mm Alloy pipes to fit perfectly in place of the stock pipes
• Replaces unnecessary joints which can cause boost leaks
• Upgraded Intercooler Kit for VW Golf / Bora / A3 / Leon / Octavia
• Alloy end tanks to hold a higher level of boost
  

The Kit replaces the stock plastic pipe work and unnecessary joints that can cause boost leaks. The end tanks of the Intercooler are also Alloy so will also hold a higher level of boost, the thicker core offers vastly improved cooling capacity

The welded Alloy Pipes are 51mm and fit perfectly in place of the stock turbo pipes

This kit consists of:

Darkside Developments Alloy Pipe Kit
Darkside Developments Alloy Side Mount Intercooler (SMIC) with MAP Sensor Boss
Darkside Developments Silicone Hoses
Stainless Steel Clamps

Please select from the options above which EGR Valve / Delete you have. This is so we can send the correct silicone hose to suit the EGR fitted to the vehicle.

EGR Delete Is NOT Included with the Intercooler Kit

This will fit the following vehicles with the 1.9 8v TDi Engine:

VW Bora / Jetta – ALH 90, ATD /  ASV / AFN / AHF 110, AJM 115
Seat Leon – ALH 90, ATD / ASV / AFN / AHF 110, AJM 115
Seat Toledo – ALH 90, ATD /  ASV / AFN / AHF 110, AJM 115
Audi A3 – ALH 90, ATD /  ASV / AFN / AHF 110, AJM 115
Skoda Octavia Mk1 – ALH 90, ATD / ASV / AFN / AHF 110, AJM 115

PLEASE NOTE: All the silicones included in the kit may require slight Trimming to suit your set up, These are left long to take in to consideration tolerances between cars

Cars fitted with skid plates / side plates may need to modify these or the bottom pipe to fit

All Side Mount Intercoolers come with a 18mm Map Sensor Boss (Large Probe) but include a 12mm reducing bung to also suit small probe sensors.
