OEM Upgrade for the Mk7 Platform 1.6 & 2.0 TDI engines fitted with 10.9 Grade Headbolts
Prevents head lift in high boost applications

PLEASE NOTE:
We recommend winding the bolt, fully into the block, with no washer to ensure it does not bottom out. We have seen discrepancies in the thread depths with some engines which can cause the bolt to bottom out before clamping the cylinder head.

Bolt Strength:
Stock 1.6 & 2.0 TDI Head Bolts are 10.9 Grade (136,000psi)
These upgraded Head Bolts are 12.9 Grade (160,000psi)
