CP4 HPFP Metering Valve Upgrade
This metering valve is an upgrade for all CP4.1 and CP4.2 High Pressure Fuel Pumps
This would be a mild 22% upgrade for CP4.1 pumps but has a massive 110% more flow than the standard 3.0 TDI CP4.2 that in our testing yielded a huge 50lbs torque increase and up to 10hp on our A5 3.0 TDi Quattro project
Before fitting this upgraded valve on our 3.0 TDI Project the fuel pump was unable to maintain rail pressure at full throttle and in some circumstances limp mode would occur.
Increases on the 2.0 engine are milder with only 5 or more lbs of torque and 6hp at the top end. With further mapping greater increases will easily be had, especially at lower RPM’s

Plug Type:
We offer 2 plug types, 1 straight and 1 90°. Please look at the metering valve on your model to see which is best suited.
PLEASE NOTE: if you have a stock 90 degree plug that has a “D-Shaped” Connector you will require this harness:
