200hp Turbo Upgrade for Mk7 Platform 1.6 / 2.0 TDI Common Rail Engines
This turbo is an upgrade for the 1.6 TDI and CR110 / CR136 / CR150 2.0 TDI engines found in MK7 Platform vehicles.
The turbocharger is capable of 195 – 205bhp when fitted to the lower bhp 2.0 TDI models but will be limited to around 170bhp on the 1.6 TDI models by the stock fuelling. To acheive more than this larger injectors are required
Included in this kit is everything you will need to fit the 200bhp turbo upgrade to your 1.6 & 2.0 TDI Mk7 vehicle.
A Custom Remap / Tune will be required immediately after fitting
It is also advised that the DPF is removed at the same time as tuning, please see link below in this listing.

1x Darkside Alloy Charge Pipe Kit

IMPORTANT! Prior to ordering we require you check the actuator voltage on your vehicle as we have seen some anomalies. Some vehicles have reverse voltage actuators so we need to ensure the correct actuator is fitted to the turbocharge before sending. See Guide below:
