CNC Aluminium Throttle Valve Delete for Earlier 3.0 TDI V6 Engines Without Swirl Flaps

This Kit Removes the Throttle Valve on the Earlier 3.0 TDI Engines
The Original throttle valve acts as a ‘Swirl Flap’ (usually found in the Inlet Manifold), This kit removes this Valve and Swirl Flap that is in place. These are known to clog up, causing restricted flow/running issues
Includes an M6 tapped hole allowing you to run a boost gauge (fittings to blank the hole and fittings for boost gauge hose also included)
Includes a 1/8NPT Tapped Hole allowing you to run Water Meth Injection (includes a bung to blank this hole if not running WMI)

• Made in the UK

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE THE VALVE IS REMOVED, THE VEHICLES ECU WILL NO LONGER GET A SIGNAL FROM THE THROTTLE VALVE CAUSING THE EMMISIONS WORKSHOP LIGHT TO APPEAR ON THE DASHBOARD, THEREFORE, IT WILL NEED TO BE MAPPED OUT IN THE VEHICLES SOFTWARE

1x M6 Grub Screw
1x 1/8NPT Grub Screw/Plug
